MERAIF MF-410 Squeegee clean Machine Technical Parameters :

MF-410 is an off-line, compact, energy-saving and environmental protection, batch cleaning SMT Squeegee and mis print PCB cleaning machine. MF-410 can automatically complete the cleaning, rinsing, drying process in one chamber by just push” start” key.
MF-410 squeegee cleaning machine can effectively clean solder paste and other organic and inorganic residuals on it. MF-410 also can be used to clean mis print PCB and PCBA.

Features:

1.Special designed to clean solder paste ,flux and other organic and inorganic contaminations on Squeegees or mis print PCB.
2.Clean,rinse,dry process, thoroughly clean, standby and ready to use at any time.
3.Clean liquid spray from 3 spray rods on upper/lower and front side, cleaning basket rotates during cleaning.

Main Modular The device has an integrated structure and can automatically conduct wash, rinse, and dry processes in one chamber.

1. Wash: chemical liquid ultrsonic and spray wash, wash time and temperature can be set.

2. Rinse: DI water spray rinse, rinse time and temperature can be set.

3. Dry: hot air dry, dry time and temperature can be set.
