Feature
- Comprehensive flux wash system: rosin flux, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux /solder paste and other organic and inorganic materials. Also PCB, stencil and pallets.
- PC+PLC control, windows operational interface, easy operation. Indeed PC software. It can connect to customer MES system and upload all wash parameters and machine conditions. Liquid/DI water spray pressure, temperature, time and hot air temperature and time can be edit and setting on PC operation software.
- Liquid/water spray pressure; liquid/water/hot air temperature; wash/rinse/hot air dry time are auto digital detect and edit on machine programe.
- Liquid real time filtered to avoid flux residual and solder balls stay on PCBA with liquid.
- Liquid wash and DI water are separated 2 independent systems to avoid mix of liquid and water.
- DI water heat function for some cold weather condition and easier and efficient for PCBA rinse.
- Double rinse water tanks to cut 25~30% DI water amount each cycle.
- Optional DI water close loop use modular( sand, carbon+resin system). Two layers basket, one layer L610*W560*H100(mm),make totally big wash area as L1210*W1120*H100(mm) .
- Basket moving rack: by using frame bend racks, the basket moves smoothly and stable.
- Special PCB fix jigs and universal fixing jigs can be chose according to your PCBA wash requirements.
