Mirae Mx400 SMT Placement Machine Details:

The Mx400 series of pick and place machines utilize next generation linear motor technology providing speed and placement accuracy of 25µ (3σ) these flexible SMT assemblers are capable of placing 01005’s (0402 metric) through 3.5” X 1.18” (90mm X 30mm) large SMT devices using advanced optics and inspection systems.

The Mx400 Placement Systems are available in six basic SMT assembly configurations offering dual-lane conveyor options, large-board capability, increased feeder capacity and several different gantry and pick/place head configurations for optimal part placement flexibility. All versions of the Mx400 series machines are built on a solid robust frame, employ two precision controlled overhead gantry systems, intuitive software, and offer placement rates from 30,000 CPH through 42,000 CPH (IC9850).
